Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ralph Charles & Associates, doing business as RCA Landscape (“RCA Landscape,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with this website (the “Site”). It describes what the Site actually does today. It is not a claim that this policy satisfies every law in every jurisdiction, and it is not legal advice.

Who operates this Site

This Site is operated by Ralph Charles & Associates (RCA Landscape), a commercial landscape maintenance, sportsfield construction, and irrigation company headquartered in Northridge, California.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service provided by Vercel Inc., to understand aggregate traffic and site performance. Vercel Web Analytics:

  • does not use cookies or any persistent identifier tied to your browser;
  • collects only aggregated, anonymized information such as page URL, referrer, approximate country/region, device and browser type, and page-load performance;
  • does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that identifies you personally; and
  • is only active on the live, published version of the Site.

Our web hosting provider, Vercel Inc., also processes standard server-level technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) as an ordinary part of delivering the Site to your browser, in the same way any web host does. We do not separately access or use that data.

Information you provide directly

The Site currently does not include a live form that submits information to us. If you contact RCA Landscape by phone or email using the contact details published on the Site, any information you share is provided directly to us through that phone call or email — it is not collected or transmitted by the Site’s code. We use information shared this way only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide our services.

If a contact, quote, or booking form is added to the Site in the future, it will include its own notice explaining what is collected and why, and this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect it before that feature is used to collect information from visitors.

Cookies and browser storage

The Site itself does not set cookies and does not read from or write to your browser’s localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB. No consent banner is currently displayed because no non-essential cookies, cross-site tracking, or advertising technology is in use. If that changes, we will add the appropriate consent controls before any such technology becomes active, and will update this Policy accordingly.

Advertising, pixels, and marketing technology

The Site does not currently use advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or Google Ads remarketing tags), a tag manager, session-replay tools, heatmaps, or a chat widget. We do not engage in targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Our internal engineering process requires that any such technology be documented and disclosed here, and gated behind consent where required, before it is turned on.

How information may be shared

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own advertising purposes. The only outside party involved in operating the Site is our hosting and analytics infrastructure provider, Vercel Inc., which processes data solely to deliver and measure the Site on our behalf.

Data retention

Aggregated analytics data is retained by Vercel Inc. under Vercel’s own data retention practices. We do not separately store personal information collected through the Site because the Site does not currently collect any. Information you send us directly by phone or email is retained as part of our normal business records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, where applicable, provide our services.

Your privacy choices

Because the Site does not use cookies, cross-site tracking, or advertising technology, there are currently no optional trackers to opt out of. Most browsers let you block cookies and site data generally through your browser settings, and you are always free to browse the Site without contacting us by phone or email.

California privacy disclosures

This section is provided in light of the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Consistent with the rest of this Policy: the Site does not collect personal information through a live form, does not use cookies or tracking technologies, and does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As a result, we do not currently operate a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism or a Global Privacy Control response, because there is no sale, sharing, or targeted advertising to opt out of. If our data practices change, this Policy and the relevant consumer controls will be updated first.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business and property-management audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

External links

The Site may link to external destinations, such as a phone dialer or email client. This Policy does not apply to those third-party destinations, and we encourage you to review their own privacy practices.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Site changes. Any update that reflects a material change in what information we collect or how we use it will be accompanied by a new “Last updated” date above.
